Absolutely, correct. Only inexperience and incompetence and blind trust in his judgment caused Steipp to fill vacuums of accomplishment with promises and placebos for the future.

Ardent supporters of Steipp should go back and read all of the accomplishments he made at Symmetricon and the support he had by his own board... And then ask why he brought onboard his old buddies like Bruce, his spiritual advisor, the director friend still on the board, and all of the failed recruits to LQMT that he brought from his past associations.

Only Paul Hauck and his staff are separate from the Steipp Stuff.

This is the point that you and most others are missing, LMT has until recently been a company in the 'start-up' phase, only in the midst of shipping prototype parts to potential clients. Trying to find a market for this disruptive technology. Trying to take this wonder material from the labs to commercial production.

T H A T - T A K E S - T I M E.

During this time (while Apple, Engel and Materion perfected injection molding and the supply chain) it has been victimised by a vocal few who have endlessly trashed the company and management on social media.

That is what has kept small individual investors from buying shares in the company, keeping the share price down, so the financials have been severely affected. Which in turn has put LMT in a tough negotiation position with Global investors and potential partners.

When LMT announces a major order then yes no amount of trash talking will scare of small individual investors, thats obvious to anyone, BUT the false claims that Steipp has lied is what hurts the company while in its start-up phase.

Announcing being in the midst of shipping prototype parts is not a lie, you cant expect every prototype shipped will result in a billion dollar contract.

It seems the early 'get rich quick' investors have no one to blame but themselves for NEVER understanding that the technology needed time to develop, which has now happened.
So be happy, its finally happening.

For the record, i have been looking at lqmt since August 2010 but only invested after September 2014.
And it was not because of anything that Steipp said.
