#7368 RE: bhonda #7366

Had some questions for John about his product. He replied fast and wow what a detailed explanation. I'll be buying more Monday AM.

Here is the bottom line, we are already building structures in the US that have been approved as a construction material. We meet and exceed all International Building Codes. Our products are tested and exceed requirements of ASTM and those given by the ACI.

The product exceeds 3,500 PSI and is suitable for load bearing walls. Each insulated wall contains a considerable amount of #4 rebar (13mm) along with other components. The walls are bolted down to the concrete slab with 16mm (5/8") high tensile bolts that pass down through a steel tube within the rebar frame. There are threaded receivers placed in the slab when poured for this. The roofs are also insulated concrete and bolt to cast in receivers in the top of the walls. The walls are usually applied directly with a stucco finish to the slightly roughened surface made during casting of the wall.

This product was first developed in the mid 80's and has been used in Australia and South East Asia for many years in the construction of housing and multi-story buildings. We re-developed the product here in 2005-2009 to meet current ASTM energy efficiency design codes as the materials needed better thermal insulation for the colder climates.

This is a proven product with all development of product and production facilities completed. We have had a pilot plan operational and have constructed housing and commercial structures. We can deliver panel sets up to 1,000 miles and be very competitive in the low cost housing market, around $95-$100 per sq. ft.

I understand there are a lot of companies in the Public Company arena that need to raise money for development not knowing what is their revenue start point. OURS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

We are ready to expand with proven products and revenues and profits in year one of that expansion completion.

Thanks for your email,
