I shared this with an engineer friend of mine who said his product meets requirements for 1, 2 and 3 story residential construction for walls. Says this is a strong competitor against mobile homes.

He said you wouldn't want this material in a seismic zone IV but there are many other places where this technology would be better than the current status quo, like all the trailer parks in tornado alley and hurricane places like Jamaica and the Southeast US.
