The beginning of the end at least in the public eye, as LTNC legitimately ended months ago. TSGL will also be wrapped into this as the "arms length transaction" is one of those alleged fraudulent activities .

Damn, if that is successful Schadel is in for a great deal of problems - he will already have more IRS issues about LTNC paying his house payment and not reporting it as personal income.

It is only my opinion, but they have tried many times with other companies even to sue, and have lost the majority of the false claims. The background and persons involved with Prometheous are very seedy, and their claims should not be held against anyone. LTNC won that case for a reason. They have no validity to their claim.
