Technically with the court cases being settled AMICABLY
we can say we just earned 400K.

The booty's saved millions by not having to go to the state case.

MW knew if he went for the state case and WON which was
a no brainer he would have to wait for years to collect.

The booty's would have filed for bankruptcy and we would
have gotten nothing anyway. This way MW stopped any further
monies to be paid for legal.

I would say all IFUS shareholders would agree that the
move MW made was the right thing to do. The booty's are
gone.

The most important thing is the court cases are gone.
