Smart trader wait for TPAC to buy 1 billion shares at .0003 then buy at .0003 or .0004. They lower O/S make better chance win. If they not buy 1 billion shares then sure scam.

But why they not buy at .0008? VNDM at .0008 they help shareholders have gone?
