Why '"wow"? The Vechery filing is not news. Who knows what it portends? As you say, it could be bad news or it good be very good news. (It could also be very bad news couldn't it?). Long Vector's posts were interesting reading. I agree they might have benefited from an edit, or perhaps a helpful summary.
I think all that can be said is that when Vechery group loaned money, and secured it by a conversion provision, it valued a third of MaxD as worth something like 2 mil, if my math is right. About half the market cap presently.
Anyone roughly counted the total proportion of the company now owned by the creditors who swapped their debt for equity? Any more debt out there yet to convert?
