Snoot, It looks like we are finally going to get the W-1 that has been overdue since 12/29/15. I'm hoping next week the overdue D-SC-1 gets confirmed at Friday's close. Then I believe we start the next bull leg up.

RUT, My last post commented on how RUT had to start up Friday to hold the pattern which it did. My charts all have the 18th as the top now and from the gap up this morning looks on track.
