So what if the manipulators hadn't held the PPS down and FARE was able to generate cash with a higher PPS and bring the meter to market quicker?

the PPS had no relation to getting the meters to market, i really have no idea how you could even connect the two.


What if with all of the manipulation this is how long it takes?
