So what if the manipulators hadn't held the PPS down and FARE was able to generate cash with a higher PPS and bring the meter to market quicker?

the PPS had no relation to getting the meters to market, i really have no idea how you could even connect the two.


What if with all of the manipulation this is how long it takes?

there is no manipulation here, that's tin foil hat territory.

FARE is 100% responsible for their failure, period.
