Why VNDM selling if buyback?

Agreed, extremely bad business. The muse would be wise to actually listen to the shareholders, no matter how trivial or ridiculous muse might feel their concern or request may be. To lash out is juvenile and only escalates the problem.

Excellent question as well, it appears there is still TPAC dilution, much from block positions. Known dilutor VNDM is still sitting on the ask displaying only the 10k minimum required.

I view the 8-K as a promo to enable the selling of shares. There was no 8-K filed when TPAC officers/directors changed, although that is a REQUIREMENT.
