The price will be determined by the p.p.s. on the day of the split. If it is selling for $2. then the split post split price would be $.20 As with any split you hope it will rise. If you had 1000 shares at $2. then you would have 10000 @ $.2 If it rose all the way back to $2.00 (with in a year or two) then you would go from having 2K to $20K.
There will not be an "E" after the trading symbol (ecfle). That is only when the company complies will all listings on the "pinks" and then misses a quarterly report.
