This has been such a well orchestrated scam that I really don't think Nate has the background/experience to have put this together by himself.

He doesn't. That's where Wade came into play. He has the scamming experience and got Nate to sign up for a personal enrichment scheme.

Everyone was clamoring Wade is gone, but he has always been here. Just read the 8-Ks. That's Wade. Now Nate and Wade have run off into the sunset together with everyone's money.
