Personal enrichment? All of the claims about personal enrichment are a joke. Stating personal enrichment and proving it are two very different things. Make a claim and support it.

On June 28, 2016, we issued a promissory note in the amount of $57,000 to MSM Investments, a company related to Marc Kassoff, a director and officer of our company. The note is payable on June 28, 2017, with interest at a rate of 10% per annum. Early payment may be made before June 28, 2017 subject to an additional fee of 10% of the outstanding principal due, in addition to all interest accrued and the balance remaining to be paid.

Why would Nate reduce his fee from 7.5% to only 3% and take minimum of $5,500 instead of $7,500???? Sounds like a great CEO to me. Leaving more profit on the table for reinvestment and shareholders.
