Personal enrichment? All of the claims about personal enrichment are a joke. Stating personal enrichment and proving it are two very different things. Make a claim and support it.

preferred shares remain unchanged, no salary, no stock paid to themselves, nada. But insiders are funding company with insider loans. Facts are out there. NHMD

INSIDERS INVESTED IN THE SUCCESS NHMD

Insider funding from 10K:
On June 28, 2016, we issued a promissory note in the amount of $57,000 to MSM Investments, a company related to Marc Kassoff, a director and officer of our company. The note is payable on June 28, 2017, with interest at a rate of 10% per annum. Early payment may be made before June 28, 2017 subject to an additional fee of 10% of the outstanding principal due, in addition to all interest accrued and the balance remaining to be paid.

From 2014:
The Company shall pay a royalty equal to Seven and One Half Percent (7.5%) of the Gross Revenue from the licensed products. Gross revenue is defined as total revenue minus discounts and allowances. In addition to the royalty, the license requires that the Company pay a $7,500 monthly fee beginning twelve (12) months from the execution of the license agreement. Thereby the fee shall begin on June 1, 2015. www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10292812

From 2016:
The Company shall pay a royalty equal to three percent (3%) of the gross revenue from the licensed products. Gross revenue is defined as total revenue minus discounts and allowances. The license requires that the Company pay a minimum monthly fee of $5,500 beginning twelve (12) months from the execution of the license agreement which is against the 3% royalty. www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11463275

Why would Nate reduce his fee from 7.5% to only 3% and take minimum of $5,500 instead of $7,500???? Sounds like a great CEO to me. Leaving more profit on the table for reinvestment and shareholders.

Every good scammer needs a support staff. NHMD has multiple levels of support all the way down the chain.

Its just a "This is a great company, buy my shares" scam.
