I wonder what would make Microsoft pay up rather than drag the case out until SFOR was bankrupt...Microsoft does whatever it wants to in the business world. Unfortunately for them, the legal world works a little differently...

Had to go Court to get decided with in or out of Court.


Court of the Unitied States relived itself, letting parties settle on their own.....
With their approval so be it!
