First 2 notes are not that big of a deal at all and even at full discount barely compare to a single day's volume. The 3rd note is bigger for sure but isn't until after the Q report. Either way, they all will have less of an impact at higher pps. The lower the PPS, the more shares it will take to pay them back...
But, thanks for posting them of course as you are 100% right about them not being finished yet. Note holders bid whacking to convert as many shares as they can before it goes back up. So, being that those first two notes are tiny, I'm looking forward to the Cali vote.
