cota: EXACTAMUNDO!! I stated a similar view multiple times here...that being how open they are. First off, RPH is in his mid 30's w/ kids (I believe), most likely married and already stated that he'd like to retire to raise horses...presumably here, in the U.S.A. as opposed to, say, an Eastern Block country like Latvia. loL! IMO, nobody in their right mind would put their family in that kind of jeopardy doing what he is doing if this were all a charade. IF it were all a charade, the SEC and authorities by now would have SOOOO much on him, they'd just swoop down, scoop him up and toss him in jail (oh, of course, after a formal trial).
Second, the bashers here like to make folks think that somehow RPH and company are somehow flying "under the radar" of the SEC. That's the biggest joke there is. They'd like to us to think that the SEC just grants reverse mergers and hands out OTC:BB symbols like they were nothing. Remember folks, the ONLY requirement to trade on the OTC:BB and obtain a symbol in good standing is to FILE REGULARLY! I HIGHLY doubt the SEC would grant an OTC:BB symbol AFTER an 8K announced plan to reverse merge into a PINK SHEET company on the simple "word" of a CEO and/or other officers of the company "promising" they'll file a 10K and that the filing will be "clean".
NO NO NO NO NO they wouldn't, IMHHO. C'mon, after all of the scrutiny the SEC has come under over the past six years, to just willy nilly hand out OTC:BB symbols to just anybody on a simple "word of faith" that everything will be as stated...you really think so folks? Please. A Pink Sheet symbol, yeah, because there are no filing requirements, so nobody knows if the company's there are being truthful. But the OTC:BB is a totally different ballgame on a different playing field.
Nope, IMO, the SEC already has seen the AUTDITED 10K and approved of everyting that's stated in it. And, one can only conclude that what's stated in there is what RPH and company have told us thus far, which, in turn will make this company's book value $7.21/share.
Again, RPH is being SOOOO transparent and stated that in writing and publicly NUMEROUS times, that anybody who thinks he's full of it and that this is a scam...well, IMO, needs their head examined.
Also, one's gotta wonder what really goes on in the mind of some folks who constantly think everything's a scam. Are they scammers themselves and think everybody must be like them so, of course, this must be a scam? You know, just like the guy who doesn't trust ANYBODY because, well, he knows he can't be trusted. loL!
