What Rufus and Ben gets here?
Ok, think through this. We got two primary strong groups. LONGS (who believe this is a trustable management and has great future) vs SHORTS (Bashers - who think management is trying to rip off public).
If Rufus and Ben are trying to take shareholders money and run, all that they they can probably benefit with current valuation of stock is $100million (remember, some market makers and brokers should be involved to help them get their hands of sell as at this point they can not legally get their hands on selling shares). This would damage reputation of other board members as well as some taint to GA airspace reputation. All this damage is to split some $100 MM with full attention of SEC and public on them? They are drawing attention of public with multiple interviews and answering impromptu questions. Cheats normally want to lay low and draw less attention and do not asscoaite with credible people.
However, if Rufus and Ben are doing the good thing, then they are doing the following. They are executing a systematic approach exposing the naked shorting and kicking the butt of illegal websites and bashers that are thriving on installing fear in investors and ultimately drive the company out of business. Everyone knows the plague of naked shorts in penny markets and how some of the genuine companies suffer. If Rufus and Ben succeed in their effort and make this a billion dollar company, think about the credibility and reputation they are going to build in short-term? I bet there will be many companies that are plagued by naked shorting approach these guys to help them with a good strategy and catch the naked shorters pants down in their illedgal acts. Once these guys succeed in the current effort, I bet, there will be so much fear in shorts that these guys may help out few other companies to catch the naked shorts red handed and kick butt. Whatever the company these guys touch later would sky rockett because of their credibility and a systematic approach there again makes them look heros of lifetime. Think of Elliott Spitzer as an exmaple. These guys can make a ton of money if they do it right.
I think they are here to do the right thing. Just my opinion. They can make billions if they do the right thing.
