If Dan will provide an email address then the conversation can begin.
Filing any actual numbers will be a step in the right direction. I for one would like to see any actual line of communication open between the CEO and shareholders to help clear all the air from the last 16 months or so. Not holding my breath. But. Curious to see where mhys might actually be in terms of getting current.
Until I can see it in an official letter from the actual CEO I'll refrain from putting my hopes in this letter.

Here's an idea: Instead of taking a $400,000 paycheck for one year, contribute that money to releasing actual press releases, providing regular updates to current and potential investors, instead of replying to select few emails about getting current.

The excuse that you will PR only when there's solid content to PR is bullshit, since you've released multiple movies (definition: solid content), and I'm sure you knew about the specific cut of revenue in the contracts you signed (definition: solid content). You kept your shareholders in the dark for so damn long that people got sick of it and sold off.
