Due to the fact that IENT shares are not registered and JS has refused to rectify that situation by getting the required filings done, you have to know where to look to find the info.

BUT it appears that JS has been selling a ton of shares.

Outstanding Shares 40,567,000 a/o May 24, 2002

180,000,000 common shares as of 2/15/2016
200,000,000 preferred shares as of 2/15/2016

This is from the N.C. Sec. of State website where IENT is required to file an annual report.
