Yes the CEO share percentage has gone down with dilution..maybe he holds 10 % currently. More important is CEO currently buying MYDX to maintain his initial percentage 44% would be nice. maybe that why we are not getting the a blow out press release? As to the 56% vote approval tells me there were preferred shares although they have same value as yours and my shares they have some enhanced voting power maybe like 50 to 1....
