They will lose 10's of millions with the suit against them.

They blatantly interrupted the flow of business without cause, and if they had a cause, it should have been arbitrated, which it was, but Marley's refused to accept it.

On every level, they are at fault and I can't believe they don't have a lawyer telling them they will lose!
