That does seem like a decent possibility. I'm not sure how I feel about it. There is the potential for success and a larger company with more profits. On the other hand, I don't see much synergy other than MR getting equipment at cost. But Virtra has much higher profit margin than any restaurant I've ever seen. It would be tough to give that up. Plus restaurants fail at a fairly high percentage, and how would their reputation/credibility as a military/LE supplier be effected by having a restaurant under their name?
