With real (non-pink) stocks DD means Due Diligence

Need to exclude all Microcrap stocks for the magic "DD" words to mean anything.

DDCC is a current example where "DD" is meaningless for a Microcrap. In Jan they announced in a 8K they were going to be a gold commodities broker. Missing were trivial details such as which commercial bank was going to provide a SBLC (think revolving loan) for this bleeding Microcrap, inorder to handle $20M each month as a gold broker. Stoopid SEC was sound asleep, and never commented. As of 30-Mar-16 DDCC went delinquent. It didn't stop them from pumping PRs for 2 material events, and trying to avoid telling SHs about another. Yet no 8Ks for the 3 material events.

So one has a non-pinky DDCC suddenly believing it can behave like a pinky by just going delinquent. Technically the last "DD" a SH has is the 10Q dating back to 30-Sep-15. On the forum any PR pump issued by the company since seems to qualify as "DD". Along with 3rd party paid pumps. And from there imagination takes over. One starts with a company whose President holds a patent for a intermodal shipping container, and no known licensee for the patent. The forum performs "DD", and out pops DDCC is going to cause dry bulk shippers to go out of business. Then there's the recent fantasy acquisition of a Mexican gold mine, apparently for FREE. It goes on, and on.

DD tends to be very nebulous in the Microcrap world. And when an evil basher as myself appears, the resident pumpers shout the thundering words of "DD". It reminds me of a 1950s horror movie where the villagers held up wolf-bane, garlic, and silver crosses to ward off vampires (Is it Halloween yet?). Up goes the DD words, as in: Begone evil basher! As in the movies, it rarely works. LOL
