There is no legitimate reason for a company to gag their TA. It is almost always done to hide dilution. Most of the time, scam companies who gag their TA will issue a press release or other investor communication containing excuses for having the TA gagged.

I don't see that happen here.

You seem to make the case the Company is no further along and has less "good will" than it had in May 2015?

As balanced as I hope I am in the attitude about AVXL I don't think I would make THAT case.
