Here are some very interesting and revealing numbers from a TPAC filing, the OS is reported as GREATER than the AS. Plus, I don't believe the AS was increased with the Secretary of State until a few months later, in September. What's wrong with this picture?

07/31/14 per 10-Q filing:
AS: 150,000,000
OS: 160,111,672
