One could easily surmise that the 3 defendants have already settled if he's talking. I have always thought they settled in September. Blank Rome exiting is peculiar. Why would they walk away from millions? I still think fireworks start in November.

Do we know for a fact that the lawyers for the Centrify, Duo and Trustwave lawsuits are being paid on contingency? If so, why? The $5 million from the Microsoft settlement was already in hand before those suits were filed.

Mark didn't say changing the law firm or not on contingency. My take is they just need more lawyers to help with 5 more big cases.
