Their intention is to uplist, and to do that they need a MINIMUM of 4.00.

Have you seen MJ stocks move from .0043 to 0.04 (MCOA) in a matter of weeks
with absolutely no revenues, just on mere speculation. PixelMags is a real company and a leader in this space and have the revenues to back it. So, to say SPCL/PixelMags going to .04 is "a bit optimistic and laced with emotion" is a rather eccentric statement.

WHEN they achieve their intent, I'm sure it will be for a heck of a lot more than $4 per share IMHO lol...

I can agree with you tho, $4/share is inaccurate - I think it will be something more like $8-12, at the beginning....

PPS aside, I agree there's always a risk. Because of the timeframe given, I'm not even thinking about when. I'm just hoping it stays down long enough for me to buy more shares!!!! lol

This is not a penny stock!!!!!---- It is just selling for this amount due to the decision to go public thru an existing public shell of a former company---who got paid to get out of the house--and their existing shares are selling for pennies----temporarily.

This is a private company PIXELMAG---no shares available until the Merger is completed----this company has substantial revenues and they will publish their financials on the completion of the merger.

On that day a value will be established to the existing shares of Solaris which will at the same time be renamed PixelMag---with a new CUSIP and Ticker symbol---

The RS is to elevate the pps and reduce the OS and apply for a listing on a capital market exchange----where their shares will be traded and quoted....

IT IS BFD, in fact a MAJOR BFD.
