GC341 and HM, I agree 100%! This is what was researched and proven for years now. WMILT Escrow Share Marker Holders are now the owners of the WaMu Estate. Anything, Assets and/Cash, has to flow thru us to get to WMI WMIH. Preferred get 75% and Commons get 25%.
The present WMIH has no legal right to try and bypass what was agreed to in court.
