Higher pricing would mean IMSC wouldn't win the contracts. Plain and simple.

Personally, I wish they did try to raise the pricing, then the debt would have been even more, and the lower revenue would have meant a lower sales price to L3, and less excess $'s to stay with the company! I do wish they tried to raise the pricing!!!!!!!
