What's interesting is a very similar deal was struck with CANN this past month where the shares were sellable at .40 and the market took it as a positive becasue it gave them capital to aquire more.

Toxic funding is toxic funding no matter how you slice it.

· The Preferred Shares have a stated value of $1,000 per share (“Stated Value”) and are convertible into shares of common stock at a conversion price of $0.40.
Toxic funding which is dilution will always pull a stock price down and especially given the somewhat high pps this will be testing a new 52 week low
