Thats ONLY because the asked dropped a level. This closed at 6s and not a single share is at 6 today. Means all 87 Million was dumps today below yesterdays closing price. 5s and 4s printing and not a single 6 is NOT a good day.

Its a dilution mess around here.

More like DILUTION continues. Heavy volume like this in absence of any good news reeks of dilution. I am losing confidence in BIEL by the day.
