He did it to help out one of his buddy toxic converters. You saw that happen on a massive scale when he took it down to OOO1 helping converters convert @ OOOO58 >> AFTER the 'great' Microsoft news (went to OOO1 from O1 after that news!)...the 'dark IPO'...he's setting up a lower convert for an anxious buddy to get out...maybe more than one...
