Not claiming to be an expert in these matters, but can one imagine
the explosion BIEL would have on its hand if it were able to advertise its products in earnest, in this country? It is safe to say most people in this country have never heard of BIEL, let alone its products. So, to get FDA clearance and subsequently kickoff a serious ad campaign, wow, watch out Jupiter!
