Nice figure whacking but I prefer to read the actual notes and see what the discounts are and what the set up is for conversion. Most have amount restrictions as well as day limits... For example nothing greater then 10 percent of the previous 5 days volume with a discount of 20% of the last closing Bid price over those 5 days. As well as an interest penalty if there is a lack of a predetermined conversion amount due to the restrictions.

I am not sure what your figures are but rarely do you simply divide dollars in to current price and see how many shares can be dropped off at VFIN Head Quarters.

IFA# has been pummeled with converts for weeks, they took a few days off, huge volume flowed in and bam 10-20 bagger for those loading at the right time, DLCR Im loading whenever possible here, one good update and volume will drowned out the little sells and pennyland in days

that is way off... 100k already was converted by sept. 27th read the PR

To assist with our new operations in Papua New Guinea, Blackbridge Capital has extended a new facility of $100,000, which as noted in our Form 8-K filed on September 12, 2016, had been drawn down by $25,000 leaving a further facility of $75,000 outstanding. This facility is not to be confused with the $105,000 convertible note to Blackbridge Capital which has been repaid in full via its conversion feature, this new facility with Blackbridge Capital cannot be converted for six months from each drawdown. Our total outstanding shares have increased since last reported due to such conversions. As of September 25, 2016, we had a total of 254,513,362 shares of our common stock outstanding. The Company is attempting to reduce its reliance on convertible notes and we believe the new revenues from Rigo will help ease such reliance in the near future.
