Actually 50% was being kind... It's probably more.. And yes typically you can only "own" 9.99% of the stock at a given time... So over course can over convert so much at a time, but as the OS goes up this amount goes up...
And I was not trying to say 235,000,000 shares are held by CD holders and they are dumping away, but just indicating the potential gravity of taking CD loans out...
