Chris D'Couto has been in charge of Neah Power for almost a decade. How many years do you get as a CEO until there are results? This is a ATM for Chris and his investors he is buddy buddy with.
All talk no results. Can't close any funding and or license agreements he touts to sell stock for CHuck Arnold and Daisy....or summit fitness...etc...

Because very few who have followed Neah for a while don't think that what the Doc says is trustworthy...just because you believe something he said was true does not make it the TRUTH.
