A lot of it is about holding the money for extra day or two interest. The same way with your local bank . They w/d immediately from you but, they hold 3-10 days to cash checks or pay your bills.
Cops have your license and registration ,insurance and inspections on that laptop in their cars. They still make you show them.
It's all about keeping you down and where they want you to be. We're all being conditioned to accept authority over every aspect of our lives.
Land of the Free my ass. It's only free for those with the cash and power to buy their freedom. The rest of us catch their crumbs in hopes of a better life.
