You're actually suggesting you know this investor's intention, which is quick profit. Fourteen million shares at $.38 is quite an investment. Here's the thing, it's not so easy to flip that many shares without a catalyst. One must be coming. Fourteen million shares were bought before a report out which is expected next month. That is risky move; one would think the investor knows what they bought will go up in value. If DCVax-L fails the Phase III study this investor made a bad deal. If the DCVax-L study is successful the investor made a good deal. If you're correct than this investor is expecting the stock not fall below $.38. This investor bought a long position. Period.

Mr. Feuerstein, would you be willing to share the identity of the new investor right before the regulatory filing would come out?

In this way you would not cause anyone to have an unfair advantage in trading of whatever is causing you to not simply share this knowledge now.
