This is why it is great to have new eyes:) Pocket games is linked to Vert Capital, as I recall. We are heading out for dinner, and I will do some digging later.

It appears as though the former CEO of Solaris will convert some of the note (he pays Holdings 6m for "value received" by 2019) into Pocket Games common stock. The note is one of those interesting bits from the filings that gives us an idea of how big this deal really is..

I need to look this again in the morning, and would like to hear what others have to say about this, but Pocket Games is or was linked to Vert Capital, and there was an acquisition by Pocket Games earlier this year, I believe. I want to have a look at those filings.
