I wish you were right. It would probably benefit both companies. However, I've read every PR and filing for mCig in the past three years and there's never been any mention of their owning stock in PNTV. The contract between mCig and PNTV is published in the March 31 PNTV 10-Q and there's nothing in there about an exchange of stock. Let me know if you find anything to back up your claim. Would love to see it.
Either way, both companies are looking really good right now.
Actually MCIG has absolutely no ownership in Green Leaf or Players Network. They are strictly a vendor. Green Leaf has private investors who own 16% of the company with Players owning the other 84%.
