Has anybody bothered to file a complaint with the SEC or submit a complaint to the IRS? Filing a lawsuit against MYEC isn't the same thing as reporting MYEC to the regulators who are the people that actually deal with securities fraud.

I know for people that follow MYEC it is a pretty open and shut case of fraud being committed by Edward Starrs by purchasing Real Estate using MYEC and its subsidiary, GreenPay, without disclosing those assets in any public filings then trying to transfer those assets into his own name out of the reach of the MYEC creditors and shareholders. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if the money used to purchase those Real Estate properties came through the illegal sale of MYEC stock using offshore accounts making his activities even more criminal, but just because the fraud committed by Edward Starrs is well known by people that follow MYEC doesn't mean that the SEC or DOJ or IRS is well aware of it.

I honestly have rarely seen this much publicly available evidence of fraud in all my years of research, but unless somebody takes all this evidence and presents it to the regulators, the regulators are not going to just magically act on their own.

I keep seeing the same people complaining about Edward Starrs and the obvious securities fraud committed by Edward Starrs, but complaining on a message board isn't going to get results.

The regulators are far from perfect, but to have any chance of getting them to act people need to complain to the regulators. The more people that complain the more likely MYEC will get shut down and the more likely Edward Starrs will end up in jail where he belongs. Use the online complaint portals. Pick up the phone. For Pete's sake do something more than just complain on a message board if you want to see some justice.

If people have already sent in complaints.... great, I'm glad to hear it, but it can't hurt to complain more. I'll continue to follow this. I look forward to the day that Edward Starr's fraudulent activities come back to bite him in the ass in a big way.
