MyECheck CEO Ed Starrs committed SECURITIES & WIRE FRAUD.

CEO Ed Starrs purchased multiple real estate under MyECheck or its subsidiary GreenPay. Ed Starrs filed multiple financial reports (including Form 10 registration statement) with the SEC without disclosing the assets. He also lied to shareholders on the company Facebook page when questioned about those properties. This constitutes securities and wire fraud.
