In addition to what the ex CEO (Schissler) did to CBAI, look what he did to FROZ(now APT MotoVox). He destroyed the company just like he did for CBAI.Laid the groundwork for failure. Apt. MotoVox grp. now sells for .0001. Only his puppet people will support him.

Would have been better if paid in CBAI shares. CBAI sells for .0027,and MTVX( formally FROZ) sells for .0001.Of course if Schissler was still with CBAI, CBAI stock would have matched MTVX's price.

In February 2014, in accordance with the termination of independent contractor agreements, the Company privately issued shares of common stock to four individuals: 1,695,736 shares each were issued to Stacey McQuestion, Douglas Brown and Robert Lockwood and 1,685,736 shares were issued to Peter Bisconti.

Anyone that was at the lab opening would remember Lockwood, he's the little guy with the big mouth...

so damn funny....
