That was MYSKIN NOT CNAB... bummer, huh. It was a SKIN company not a POT company...

After MySkin's PnD had it's run, Enright bought it and turned it into United Cannabis.

Domicile change from California to Colorado

On May 2, 2014, the Company’s name change to United Cannabis Corporation was officially completed pursuant to the merger between MySkin, Inc., a California corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary United Cannabis Corporation as described in the Information Statement which was mailed to the Company’s shareholders on or about April 11, 2014.

When it turned into CNAB, the PPS started falling. Actually the price started falling before then because the PUMP was over and the DUMP was in full glory for MySkin.
