Then someone violating FDA rules about ingredients panel

I didn't realize when you ordered from Walmart.com that you were receiving the actual product in the picture.

The FDA requires accurate food labeling.

If the photos are old, and there is now a Lean formulated without melatonin (DEWM has never announced this,) then the labels shown are inaccurate, and so FDA rules are being violated.

If the photos represent the actual Lean being shipped, then it contains melatonin, and the FDA has said "No" to that.
