Curious that the funding is specifically designated for the phase II...is this an indication the phase III is effectively completed? It is odd because they still have obligations to pay Cognate - so is there another source of funding?
Big, big problem with this management team is their communication with the investment community remains very poor, which always create uncertainty, and consequently a lower stock price.
