Its definately a big outcome of ongoing BK process but does anybody knows that its +ve or -ve for Common Stockholders ???? And how ?? But no point of any predictions for now as markets are closed and tomorrow either SUNEQ 5 cents up or 5 cents down at beginning ??

Definately huge events taking place now but anybody have targets set in the mind on basis of this please ?? TIA

No wonder the insane accumulation, follow the billions! SUNEQ was not insolvent, they became insolvent on purpose( the same argument made by dozens of shareholders, now the unsecured creditors). There are many assets outside the BK process and the valuation is higher than SUNEQ indicated( same argument many shareholders indicated, now the unsecured creditors) and fraud all over!!!( shareholders arguments). Now everybody is seeing that SUNEQ is not insolvent but just a big $&@$ mess. Thank you unsecured creditors, you guys just create more ammunition for shareholders to sue and fight again for OEC. I'm holding and waiting...

DID ANYONE READ PG 37/38? I have gotten about 3 hours of sleep so I could be interpreting this wrong.... But they are saying multiple equity pledges since 2014 could have been signed by the wrong authorities! Which makes them void ???? man is this a huge shit show. But the implications of what this said could be absolutely massive. Like if this all actually goes through.... It honestly could mean emergence. Only one way to see how the market reacts though! I'm going to actually spend time reading everything when I have gotten some more sleep.
