The Hype,Hope,Hooey,and nonsense will end on or about 12/05/2016 when the state judge reviews all the information from the Federal case and the facts and evidence from both state cases and either awards Supreme Energy damages due to the tortuous interference or accepts the boot brothers begging plea to settle.


If one thinks that a State Judge is going to ignore the findings of the Federal court on identical matters involving the same parties and the boot brothers will get one dime from either the Federal or state level from Supreme Energy then ...one's brain needs a bit of re-wiring.

The shareholders just want to remove the boot brothers and the past and focus on building the company in the future.

The boot brothers will lose in court or settle.
