I've shared more than enough DD with verifiable facts from 3rd parties. Nothing shows Kramers need 2-5bil shares. Grod screwed shareholders. Simple as that. If he was running a legitimate company, it wouldn't be at .0001, no bid, and little if ANY volume. It's still in DEFAULT and there haven't been ANY FILINGS IN OVER A YEAR! It's clear he's done with MHYS. Business owners who care don't run their businesses into the ground...
